RETURN POLICY

We are extremely grateful for your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original condition within 14 days of your original purchase date for a full refund in the original form of payment. Return shipping is FREE! Please email customerservice@ensemblekc.com for directions on how to print your return label. Items can be returned using the same bag that you received your purchase in - just detach the plastic cover strip on the second row of sticky film and close the bag to ship. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of pet hair) with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns not received within the 14 day return timeframe or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

If you would like to exchange an item, place a new online order to ensure the item you want is in stock and complete the refund of your original order.  Your new order will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).

All jewelry, sunglasses, hosiery, accessories and gift merchandise is final sale. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
